Shantell began her career in Real Estate in 2001 straight after graduating high school in South Perth. Shantell entered into an Office Administration Assistant position and obtained her Property Management and Sales Representative qualifications and continued utilising those skills by way of positions held including Office Administrator, Selling PA, Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant and Office/Business Manager throughout the years. Shantell has worked for amazing high-profile Princpals/Directors and Companies, from Independant boutique Real Estate offices to large Franchise offices and has earned herself a fantastic professional reputation throughout the professionals of the industry. Shantell is also an Award-Winning Perth Marriage Celebrant and has officiated hundreds of weddings since 2012 and continues to officiate marriages on weekends throughout Perth. Shantell also completed her Diploma of Real Estate (Agency Management in 2022 and completed her Cert 4 in Real Estate Practices in 2024 and now holds her Triennial / Licensee License.

With 15 years of experience working in government back in China, she brings a level of professionalism and attention to detail that’s hard to miss. Tao believes success is built on the small, consistent efforts—the follow-up calls, the thorough inspections, the timely marketing and open communication that keeps everyone in the loop. With a strong passion for leasing and residential management, Emma is known for her approachable nature, strong organisation skills, and ability to guide both landlords and tenants through each stage of the rental journey with confidence. Commencing her real estate career in 2022, Emma holds an unrestricted real estate licence and prides herself on managing properties with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail — ensuring every home is looked after as if it were her own. What Emma loves most about property management is helping people find the right home and supporting owners to feel confident their investment is in safe hands. She values trust, transparency, and consistency, and believes strong relationships are the foundation of successful property management. Outside of work, Emma is deeply family-oriented and brings that same warmth, care and reliability into her professional life. She’s known within the team for her compassion, strong work ethic, and genuine desire to do things properly — every time.
