RMW have been looking after our property in Yeppoon for over 12 months now and we have nothing but positive things to say about their professionalism and service. Our house recently flooded which was the last thing we needed at a time when we had lots of stress going on due to other circumstances. Belinda from RMW was on top of everything from the get go and had insurance and trades people onto the job immediately. She has been handling everything whilst we are on the other side of the country which has taken such massive burden/stress off our shoulders knowing it is in her very capable hands. We have had nothing but dramas with other properties that are with other managers so I cannot recommend Belinda and the RMW team more highly.

The Team at RMW are knowledgeable, welcoming, professional, obliging and supportive on a daily basis. My queries are always dealt with i a timely manner. Rory and Tegan have a down to earth approach and take on board my objectives in a positive and supportive manner.

I believe I allowed the worst tenant in history to rent my house. The experience became so difficult that I decided I needed professional help, and that’s when I chose Ray White. Tayla took on the job and immediately had to deal with a situation where every manual, rule and law seemed to come into play. Despite everything she was faced with, Tayla handled it with incredible professionalism, patience and determination. The things she had to deal with were honestly beyond a joke, yet she remained calm, supportive and focused on getting the best possible outcome. I can’t thank Tayla enough for everything she did throughout what was an extremely stressful experience. She went above and beyond, and I genuinely believe I would have struggled to get through it without her. Thankfully, the tenant has finally moved out, and within just four days Tayla had found a new tenant. So far, the new tenant is enjoying the property and, most importantly, there has been no stress or drama. After everything I went through, having someone like Tayla in my corner made all the difference.
