Mr Real Estate Rockhampton have been managing one of my 2 properties for a few years now. I have found them to be reliable, efficient and effective in finding the kinds of tenants we want in our property. Recently my second property became available to be rented after my mother moved to a location more suitable for her needs as she ages. I had no hesitation in engaging Mr Real Estate to take on the management of this 2nd property. Again they were quick and effective in advising me on market conditions and in location several suitable potential tenants. From the time the property was available it was tenanted within 2 weeks. The staff at Mr Real Estate are bright and cheery, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my queries and requests. I am more than happy with their service and look forward to a lengthy and beneficial collaboration.

RMW have been looking after our property in Yeppoon for over 12 months now and we have nothing but positive things to say about their professionalism and service. Our house recently flooded which was the last thing we needed at a time when we had lots of stress going on due to other circumstances. Belinda from RMW was on top of everything from the get go and had insurance and trades people onto the job immediately. She has been handling everything whilst we are on the other side of the country which has taken such massive burden/stress off our shoulders knowing it is in her very capable hands. We have had nothing but dramas with other properties that are with other managers so I cannot recommend Belinda and the RMW team more highly.

The Team at RMW are knowledgeable, welcoming, professional, obliging and supportive on a daily basis. My queries are always dealt with i a timely manner. Rory and Tegan have a down to earth approach and take on board my objectives in a positive and supportive manner.
