Paula and her team are simply fantastic, seamless end to end.
Over 7 years we have bought 3 properties with Paula’s help. She still has the same team today as she did the first time. This continuity has enabled excellent service all round. Paula has always given us the best advice and secured the best rates. Each of our purchases were challenging for one reason or another eg 10% deposit, my wife on mat leave, bridging required. Paula has always had the solution, and removed as much stress as anyone could have. They are always responsive and communicate incredibly well. Paula is amazing at explaining the complex concepts simply. Our first purchase we had no idea, and she guided us through it all. My colleague just told me how chuffed he was with getting 0.25% off his rate by renegotiating with his bank, it was still 0.25% higher than Paula secured for us. I recommend Paula and team without reservation, and have in fact sent friends and family her way before.
