Overview of Roseworthy, SA, 5371

I have been with Janice and the team for a couple of years now, and its been a excellent experience

As a Sydney-based investor and real estate professional, I hold high standards when it comes to property management. Tanya and her team have exceeded every expectation in managing all three of my properties. Her integrity, transparency, and professionalism set her apart in the industry. I trust her completely, which is why I have confidently referred her to numerous Sydney investors and colleagues with properties in Adelaide. I highly recommend Tanya and her team to anyone seeking exceptional property management.

If they could clone Janice and every agent could be more like her, then everyone would be better off! Her communication is incredible, she’s so prompt and easy to speak with. All requests get done right away, & inspections are done without even asking for it! They follow such a high standard with their routines. As a Sydney-sider, I’m so lucky to have them managing my investment property in Adelaide because I don’t have access or the luxury of visiting and checking in. They do it all for me. Janice is honestly worth her weight in gold. Thank you for being amazing at what you do!

Over the past year, their upfront transparency, efficient advertising and tenant placement, consistently clear communication, and thorough screening have resulted in a reliable tenant who maintains the property well and pays rent on time, making the entire management process seamless and highly professional

From the moment we contacted Barker Real Estate, their knowledge, communication, and prompt action to find the right tenants for our property was an easy, hassle free process.

Tiffany and the team at Barker Real Estate worked closely with our tenant to get them back on track with outstanding rent and water bills. We’re now two weeks in advance with no outstanding water bills, which is a fantastic result. During this period, the team also successfully increased the weekly rent in line with the current market. A great outcome all round, and we would highly recommend Tiffany and the Barker Real Estate team to anyone looking for a hardworking, proactive and dedicated real estate agent.
