Hands down the best managing agents I have ever dealt with. Rhett was exceptional and most professional in every aspect of his interactions with me. He was extremely pro-active in finding a suitable tenant for my rental property. I called him of an afternoon and to my surprise he offered to meet me at the address that evening which was just too quick for me to accommodate. We met the at the address the next morning (he offered to grab me a coffee) and by that afternoon he was back taking photographs of the property after helping me undertake a last minute clean up. My property was listed for lease by that evening. WOW! A genuine and MOST informed managing agent. Hats off also to the rest of the team (Julie and Dariya who I have so far dealt with).

Re-leasing of property achieved in minimum time

Rebecca Church provided exceptional service to us as owners and was able to find suitable tenants very promptly. In addition, Rebecca managed during the very short period between tenants, to co-ordinate the few trades required to rectify the minor items that needed attention. Would highly recommend Rebecca as a Property Manager.
