Agencies in Serpentine, WA, 6125

Haven’t been with Hayley for long but so far it’s been a very positive and friendly experience which is a nice change from our previous agents. She’s been quick to reply to any queries and happy to help with anything. It’s nice to talk to our agent and get spoken to like a person and not just a number.

Fast and good communication

Byford Professional delivered a smooth and well‑coordinated rental experience. The staff were organised, responsive, and demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service. Documentation, inspections, and communication were handled promptly and professionally. I appreciated the team’s attention to detail and their friendly services.

We are provided with exceptional services during the property findings, settlement, handover, improvement works after settlement and tenant selection. The Agent - all representatives provided us a good service in a timely manner. We were unavailable to attend the property being in interstate during settlement, the Agent was always there to update us and provided us information as required. Our phone calls and emails were returned as practicable and courteous manner. We are looking forward to experience the journey of our next stages. I would recommend the Agent to others for their services.

I've used O'Neill realestate for several years now. Laurinda has always been professional and knowledgeable about the market, especially my area. Laurinda has always been available and patient in guiding me through the process of renting out my property. I would recommend O'Neill.

Our property management team at O'neil Real Estate has been very professional, with excellent customer support, they communicate effectively keeping us updated with the ongoing management of our property assets and even in-depth screening and picking the right tenants for us. Simply put, they made our lives a lot easier and simpler by doing all the work for us at a low cost. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get into real estate.

We been Harcourts for long time, this is our second rental property with Harcourts. Jaime and Stacey Reid are very friendly and helpful.

Jamie, Jade and Stacey from the beginning have all been super helpful, understanding and willing to help us understand all that goes with renting out your home. Would recommend them every time.
