We arrived from Scotland so didn't fully understand how it all worked here in Oz, they were so helpful. They kept in contact and communicated as needed. When moving into my first house, I was unsure on what to do. Complete Real Estate made my whole journey so much easier with the move me in team and helping me with anything I needed. My experience has been mixed depending on the property manager or agent I dealt with. Some team members were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful, and I appreciated the effort they put into resolving issues and maintaining communication. There are definitely some very capable agents within the team who provided good service and handled matters efficiently. However, there were also times where responses felt slow, and I had to follow up multiple times on matters that had already been discussed previously. In some situations, I felt that feedback or concerns raised earlier were not fully considered, which could be frustrating as a landlord. At times, I also felt decisions or recommendations did not always reflect the landlord’s best interests. Overall, the experience hasn’t been consistently negative or positive. It has largely depended on the individual agent involved. With more consistent communication, better follow-through, and stronger attention to landlord concerns, the service could improve significantly.

From the day one, Darcey was so helpful to show me few properties on short notice, She was professional and friendly in her approach. She answered all my questions with patience. Suze, the rental property manager was as well so helpful from sending the report to organise to fix few issues without me pointing out and so organised to have someone there to fix all little issues in a short time. I must add the other team members when I accidentally locked myself out of the house and how quick I got someone to come to my rescue which I appreciate and grateful to have such support. Great people that created a great team. Thank you all.
