she recommended a higher rent and the operation was smooth

Amberly, Alex and Belinda have all been great through our leasing process. They are very responsive, highly professional and go above and beyond to assist with your needs. Thanks to them we were able to lease our property of choice in Bondi Junction.

I dealt with Oli from the Kingsford Team, he was very efficient and quick to answer my many questions. I got an answer within I think less than an hour for my application which was amazing, the team also has Zahlia whom I dealt with. She too was very pro-active with keeping up to date with me and my interests on properties. Very happy with interactions so far.

Carl and team very attentive to all aspects of managing the property. They have always found good tenants and been resourceful and proactive with maintenance and helping us keep the property well presented.

Communication just right: the right amount to keep is in the loop, without bombarding us with minor details or decisions Personal service: Carl is friendly to a fault and interested in us as people, not just customers Professionalism: home realty have consistently offered a high standard of service

I had a great experience working with Michael from Home Estate Agents to rent out my home in South Coogee. He was determined from the start and clearly put in the effort to get a good result. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t just list the property and wait - he followed up, kept me updated, and stayed on top of everything throughout the process. His communication was clear and consistent, which made things much easier. He stayed focused and kept pushing forward. In the end, he found suitable tenants in a reasonable timeframe, and I was very happy with the outcome. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who works hard and takes the job seriously.
