Agencies in South Launceston, TAS, 7249

Nikita from the outset was very positive and extremely passionate about what she does. She knew the local market statistics and gave me every confidence that Harrison Agents were the right team to handle our Property Management. As a investor from QLD, I felt confident that my investment was in good hands. Highly recommend the team from Harrison!

Nikita managed the leasing of our property and was excellent throughout. She's a thorough professional with a genuinely customer-focused approach — she understands your needs and knows how to streamline the process and achieve the best results on your property, whether it's your own home or an investment. Clear communication, transparent on fees and secured a quality tenant quickly.

After living in my property for the last 6 years since I bought it, I was extremely excited but also nervous to rent it out. Jesse Denholm who originally sold me the house, passed on my number to Nikita after we had spoken about a few different options when I was ready to move out. Nikita very quickly got in contact with me and within a few days had answered all my questions and gave me a step by step guide to getting my house ready for rent. Her communication and knowledge of the market along with her friendly nature made it extremely easy from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for an agency to take care of there property.

I couldn’t be happier with the service and care I have received from Sally, Roz and the property management team. From the very beginning they have been professional, reliable, attentive and genuinely caring when it comes to looking after my rental property. They kept me informed, responded promptly to any questions or concerns, and have always gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I have complete confidence knowing my property is in good hands. Their attention to detail, communication and commitment to the property and landlord have been exceptional. It is such a relief to have a team I can trust and rely on. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a property management team that truly cares about their clients and their properties. Thank you for all your hard work and support 😁
