Jenaya Barrett of Ray White AKG has been looking after our rental property for five years. We trust her for property management expertise and efficient communication with tenants. In addition to all maintenance requested by tenants, she helped us to successfully complete several large tasks like oven replacement, bathroom refurbishment, garage ceiling replacement and roof repointing, offering better living environment for tenants. When tenants decided to leave, she guided them for exit actions, teamed up with Jordan Lunan for advertisement and application assessment, and secured a new lease very soon. At the time of housing shortage and that supply increase is not very easy, we can be part of the solution by working together to minimize vacancy period between two leases. The only issue I had with my experience with ray white is that in the entry report the angency documented that a lot of parts of the house were in good/perfect condition when they were broken. But apart from that everything has been fine.
