I live abroad and the team at Joyce Property Investments have been managing my property for the last ten years. When I upgraded to a bigger place I did not hesitate to re-appoint them. The new place needed some maintenance work before tenants went in, and Sophie oversaw the whole process before handing it back to Jessica, my property manager. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Jess was great with helping me secure my rental in Perth. Super friendly at the inspection, and efficient with the application & approvals. I managed to get everything sorted out super quick with minimal fuss. Mostly all the processes (application, agreement, condition report) are digital too, and there was a handy tenant handbook. My first time engaging with them and it's been a great first impression so far. Guess time will tell about how the lease will go but it's definitely off to a good start. Thanks team!

I have had a great experience with Celsius Property, in particular with Jess as my property manager. Emails are replied to promptly and and any maintenance/repairs with the property are dealt with very quickly. Highly recommended!
