I had a very positive experience with Starr Partners Rouse Hill. The team was professional, friendly and responsive throughout the leasing and move-in process. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they communicated clearly and followed up promptly. They have also been helpful in arranging maintenance and keeping me updated. I really appreciate their support and would happily recommend them to others.

Excellent customer service - Allan in Admin. Took time to explain requirements to novice tenants. We have not rented in over 20 years so a-lot has changed. His friendly/ respectful phone manner and replies to concerns forwarded via email - prompt with clear instructions.

I appreciate Woetso’s commitment to making things right, even when situations get a bit rocky due to issues with the builder. The property was leased almost immediately, and the entry report was incredibly thorough — something I truly value. I also appreciate being notified straight away about any defects that need urgent attention. Their consistent communication means a lot, and I look forward to continuing to work with them on the management of our property.

As a landlord, I highly recommend Woetso Jidak - Senior Property Manager. She has always been very professional and responsive. Her communication skills are outstanding. She gets the job done!

They are professional and great customer service provided , quick response and support Highly recommended .
