Having not rented in over 15 years, the rental process appeared to be daunting and wasn’t looking forward to it however after meeting Shannon for the first time, I was totally blown away by her professionalism and dedication to making the process smooth and simple. Her communication was always detailed and polite, house inspections were routine and feedback was constructive yet not condescending. She is a standout asset to her agency and would have no hesitation in using her for future property endeavours as by far, the best I’ve seen in this industry.

Highly Recomended, We are very grateful for a friendly and professional and informative interactions with Shannon at First National Connect with very good advice and good management in getting tennants into our properties in a short time.

I had an outstanding experience with this agency while renting out my property. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care for achieving the best outcome. Their advice on the rental price was clear, well‑researched, and grounded in current market conditions. They took the time to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations, which gave me confidence that the property was being positioned correctly. The result proved their expertise, the property attracted strong interest, and they secured a great tenant in a very short timeframe. What impressed me most was the thoroughness of their background checks. They conducted a detailed review of the applicant’s history, references, and suitability, ensuring that I felt fully informed before making a decision. This level of diligence made the entire process feel secure and well‑managed. Communication throughout was exceptional. I was kept updated at every stage, from listing to inspections to final approval. Every question I had was answered promptly and clearly, and I always felt that my property was being handled with care and attention. Their proactive updates meant I never had to chase information or wonder what was happening behind the scenes. Overall, the experience was smooth, transparent, and highly professional. The combination of strong market advice, efficient tenant selection, detailed checks, and consistent communication made the process stress‑free and reassuring. I would confidently recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable and knowledgeable property management support.

We recently engaged the team at Professionals Hills North West to lease out our new property. Bruce and Natt were on the case from day one and incredibly efficient at getting the property on market. The team had very good knowledge of the market including rental rates, types of tenants and tenant expectations. We were kept informed twice daily during the leasing campaign and the property was leased to very good tenants in no time. We are very happy with the team at The Professionals and recommend Bruce & Natt very highly.

Natt is one of the most reliable and professional real estate agents I have ever had. Her communication is prompt and knowledgeable . She is very personable and easy to talk to . Makes me feel confident shes in control and I trust her experience and opinion.
