Jess Campbell and her assistant Emma were absolutely outstanding throughout our refinancing journey. From start to finish, they were professional, supportive, and incredibly patient.
Even when things became complicated, they never wavered. Jess stuck with the process the whole way through, working tirelessly behind the scenes to get the best outcome possible. Emma was just as amazing—always responsive, organised, and reassuring.
What really stood out was how approachable they both were. I sent countless messages, emails, and made more than a few phone calls, and not once did they make me feel like a burden.
