We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!

We worked with JRE when renting a townhouse in Gymea and the whole process was not only seamless but we were also made to feel like valued clients. Anytime a request is made for a repair, the works are undertaken immediately and always with a smile on her face. In all our years of renting, we’ve never dealt with a property manager like this. Having owned and rented, we’ve seen both sides of the coin and it is far more common to be treated less than, being a renter - not for one second have we been made to feel that way with Kimberley. The staff in the office are always incredibly friendly and accomodating too. Other estate agents need to learn a few things from JRE! 5 star experience!
