This allowed me to have plenty time to make informed decision of the next rental terms and conditions. With requests for additional services such as gardening or repairing things from the tenants, they would send me photos, messages from the tenants, and quotes from different services so I could select the most suitable ones. As a landlord living far away from my investment property, this timely and detailed communication is essential for me. I strongly recommend their service to other landlords.
