I live in Italy and not being there should be an issue BUT i cannot complain about anything. All matters relating to our agreement keys etc. We’re electronic making the whole exchange efficient and seamless. On the day all keys were labelled. There was no confusion and timing was exactly as Julia promised. This would have to be the best dealing we have had in property management in the Shire.

I've unfortunately leased a few homes in my time. I think at this stage i have experienced most real estates in the shire with varying levels of support. Shire Agents is completely different. Shire Agents actually care. I have recently (not my current lease) been through arguably one of the worst situations you can experience in a rental (through no fault of the real estate or myself). Not only were they compassionate throughout, they advocated for me even when they were confronted with resistance. They were able to maintain a positive relationship with myself as the tenant and the owner who was placed in a difficult position as well. Their communication was clear and non-confrontational, their negotiation skill were top notch and their professionalism ensured that the owner & tenant were supported whilst they fought for both our rights against a strata. I have now leased 3 properties through them over the last 10 years & will continue to do so, as they treat you like a human rather than income for someone else mortgage like other real estates tend to do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shire Agents to anyone in the shire who wants to be treated like a human whilst renting.
