I have never write any reviews in any sorts but I am so impress that I would like to share my pleasant experience dealing with Steven of iHome. Steven was handling both of my purchase of a property and also assist in renting it out. I have never feel so easy and hassle free throughout the process and all because of Steven's expertise, efficiency, prompt communication and professional. His negotiation skills is top as he had helped me very quickly rent out the property of the rental price that probably is the highest in the area. I am, without a doubt would refer and recommend Steve to my friends and network!

We had been left almost homeless thanks to the dishonesty of a different real estate agent and were scrambling to find somewhere else to live. Jasmine from Pulse was able to show us this property the next day from our enquiry and told us that the owners were to consider all applications that night. Two days later we were moving in! All of our correspondence has been so fast and always positive and helpful, all of the Pulse team have been so nice to deal with, we really could not ask for anything more!
