Agencies in Tallawong, NSW, 2762

Village Property have managed the lease of my unit for over seven years. Throughout that time, I have been very happy with their service. They have always been prompt, professional and responsive, making the entire property leasing process stress-free. Their marketing consistently achieves great results, with minimal time between tenants and their communication has always been excellent. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable property management team.

The Team at Village have been nothing but exceptional. From finding tenants quickly, attention to repairs, replacing carpet - EVERYTHING done efficiently and with fuss.

Very professional and great communication throughout the leasing of my property. Highly recommended.

Elina has been incredibly responsive throughout the process with no questions unanswered, and she follows up without being chased. Her communication is clear and thorough, and she's been completely transparent with us from the very first conversation, which made the whole process feel low-stress. If you're looking at a place she's handling, you're in good hands.

For example I wanted a 1 bedroom unit in Tallawong on a certain move in date, I saw over 10 units from various agents but Elina ensured I got to see what she had available after consulting with her and she got it right first go!

Elina and Chloe were so helpful and made the whole process so efficient!!! We were very impressed the the professional yet welcoming approach taken. A++ Wsrm regards, Adam.

Sara & Kass has provided an outstanding service from day 1. Kept us updated and well-informed during process to have the property rented. Very highly recommended. Thank you again for all help.

I deal with both Kass Zaragoza & Sara McCrimmon and I am impressed with the service they render for my requirement. Both of them swift in their responses for any email/phone calls that I make. They look into the requirement/issue from customer perspective and support me in sorting out. I have had a quite a number of requests :), they helped all of them and quite happy with the service.

Good afternoon to whom this may concern, I apologise for the delaye response as we’ve been trying to settled in to our loving home. It is very comfortable living , just the right amount of space for me and my son. The house is overall beautiful. We are loving our stay. Thank you 🙏

On behalf of us both we are delighted with the service we received from chloe. As its our first time renting in australia there were alot of emails and she was so helpful.

Chloe has been outstanding from the very beginning. She's professional, knowledgeable and clearly understands real estate. She managed to rent out my one-bedroom apartment quickly and handled everything with impressive efficiency. Chloe's communication is exceptional - she was always available and ready to answer any questions I had, making the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Chloe and the team at Ray White to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team to work with.
