Overview of Tallawong, NSW, 2762

I had an excellent experience working with Smita from The Square Realty. She responded quickly, communicated clearly, and made the entire process incredibly smooth. Thanks to her efficiency and support, my rental application was approved on the same day. The whole journey was stress‑free and seamless.I highly recommend The Square Realty to anyone looking for rentals, truly an outstanding service.

Elina has been incredibly responsive throughout the process with no questions unanswered, and she follows up without being chased. Her communication is clear and thorough, and she's been completely transparent with us from the very first conversation, which made the whole process feel low-stress. If you're looking at a place she's handling, you're in good hands.

Natt is one of the most reliable and professional real estate agents I have ever had. Her communication is prompt and knowledgeable . She is very personable and easy to talk to . Makes me feel confident shes in control and I trust her experience and opinion.

For example I wanted a 1 bedroom unit in Tallawong on a certain move in date, I saw over 10 units from various agents but Elina ensured I got to see what she had available after consulting with her and she got it right first go!

Elina and Chloe were so helpful and made the whole process so efficient!!! We were very impressed the the professional yet welcoming approach taken. A++ Wsrm regards, Adam.

We are so thrilled to have Chloe as our Property Manager and couldn’t be more grateful to have someone like her on our side! She has been so supportive throughout the whole process - from the moment we first met Chloe to leasing our investment property in one week, we knew we were in safe hands. Chloe is very knowledgeable and professional and was always available, which had given us so much trust in the process. We are still processing how quickly Chloe managed to lease our property after settlement - let alone managed to secure the suburb record for us!! This is not just a reflection of Chloe’s dedication and understanding of the market, but her drive to want to achieve the best results for her clients. There are not enough words to show our appreciation to Chloe and we could not be more thankful to her!

We have been very happy with the service provided by the team. Chloe has been excellent, with clear communication, prompt assistance and plenty of notice about anything we needed to organise. Her professionalism and market knowledge have been spot on throughout the process. The open home and securing a suitable tenant were both handled smoothly and efficiently. We look forward to a successful ongoing partnership.

It is an amazing experience working with you guys especially with Chloe!!! She has provided us great support from the start of our listing up to tenancy. It was effortless from our part as she took care almost all steps for us and always provide daily updates. Thank you so much for your help!

Chloe has been an absolute legend throughout the whole leasing process. She was always on top of things, kept me updated without me ever having to chase, and made everything feel easy and stress‑free. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting the best outcome, not just ticking a box. Thanks to her hard work, my property was leased quickly and with zero hassle. Really appreciate everything she did — couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We had a fantastic experience with the team at Ray White Schofields - The Amit Kumar Group, especially with Elina Sachdeva and Chloe Velasco. From the moment we came for the home open, Elina was super friendly, always smiling and kind. She also very professional and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Elina showed us a few different apartments units that gave us a lot of opportunity to choose from and find the most suitable for us. When we finally applied, Elina and Chloe were very helpful with the application process, guided us through every step of the paperwork and kept us updated on our application. They made the entire experience exciting rather than nerve-wracking. We Highly Recommended them. Thank you so much Chloe and Elina for your professionalism and exceptional customer service. All The Best !!
