Overview of Terang, VIC, 3264

Claire and the property management team were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They offered thoughtful advice and thorough attention to detail that made the whole renting process feel effortless. I felt like I had a safe pair of hands throghout.

I had a great experience with Richardson Real Estate, and in particular with our Property Manager, Claire. From the beginning, Claire was professional, responsive and very easy to communicate with. She kept us updated throughout the entire leasing process and provided clear and helpful advice based on her knowledge of the local rental market. Her guidance around pricing and the leasing strategy gave us confidence, and we were very happy with both the result and the timeframe in which the property was leased. Claire made the whole process straightforward and stress-free, and we really appreciated her professionalism, communication and support along the way. I would happily recommend Claire and the Richardson Real Estate team to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and professional property manager.

Tina was amazing throughout our process of being in one rental and moving into the next. Her communication was incredible every time we had any questions.
