Agencies in Terrigal, NSW, 2260

Over several years, both my father and myself have consistently experienced excellent service from the team at 'George Brand - Terrigal’, with respect to the leasing and ongoing management of our investment properties on the Central Coast. We couldn't be happier with the genuine care and attention to detail, provided by Jess Tamblyn (Senior Property Manager) and Gabriella Brierley (Leasing consultant). They are very professional, friendly, reliable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their communication is excellent, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly ! Jess and Gabriella have a proactive approach, which makes the entire process stress-free, and gives us complete confidence in knowing that everything is being handled properly. In a busy (sometimes chaotic) and ever-changing world, it is refreshing to find a team so dedicated, approachable, and committed to providing such a high level of service ! My father and I truly appreciate all their hard work, and would highly recommend Jess, Gabriella and the team at 'George Brand - Terrigal’ to anyone looking for outstanding property management on the Central Coast. Our experience has been great so far, the team are very friendly and helpful. Jess and Steph were amazing to deal with and helped us find our new home. This is the best agency we have had. Our move in process was easy and communication is fast. Thank you ☺️

George Brand Terrigal have been responsible for the management of my rental property in North Avoca for the past five years. Their dedicated team are highly motivated, courteous, & handle every aspect of the job entrusted to them with outstanding professionalism.

We recently moved up to the coast from Sydney and Cherie has done everything she can to help our move be as smooth as possible and to ensure that our new home is as good as it can be. She has always been prompt in replying to issues and getting them resolved. She is understanding of our needs and desires and committed to doing her part to see them met wherever possible. Moving to a new place can often be an anxious process and a good agent can make a huge difference, and Cherie has been wonderful.

I had an excellence experience with the team at Erina, particularly with Cherie, whom I dealt with the most. She was always quick to respond when I needed to contact her, and very happy to sort out any issues quickly. One of the best agencies I’ve dealt with. I would highly recommend them!
