Overview of Terrigal, NSW, 2260

Pete has been great, always gets back to us promptly and answers any questions we may have. Overall very easy to deal with and professional.

Craig was most persistent in finding the right tenant as always. He is very professional and has good negotiations with tenant and owner. He carries out his obligations to the very end, keeping you informed at all times.

I am very pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness and approachability of my Property Manager. As a tenant, it is so lovely to feel that my privacy is respected and if I have any queries, I know they will be dealt with promptly and with kindness.

We’ve just leased a property through Ray White Bensville & Empire Bay, and the care we’ve received from Carly, Quinta and Maria has been exceptional. They kept in touch at every step, took the time to walk us through the lease over the phone and organised a key so we could arrive early. They even checked in afterwards to see how our move went and made sure we had contact numbers if we needed anything. Moving can be stressful, and having such a thoughtful, helpful team made the whole experience so much easier. Thank you, Carly, Quinta and Maria, for looking after us so well!

Carley and her team go above and beyond managing my investment property. I’ve been extremely happy with the service provided by Carley and her team with Ray White Bensville and Empire Bay. Carley and her team are professional, responsive and always keep me informed. They make managing my property easy. I really appreciate the communication, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond from Carley and her team at Ray White. I would strongly recommend Carley to anyone looking for a property manager.

We were having a very disappointing experience with a tenant and a rental agent who was not on the ball. The tenant moved out so we did some renovations and looked for a new agent. When we were scheduled to meet Carly I took a friend with me who works in Real Estate. I was really impressed with Carly and my friend said, "she's the one". We love that they always keep us in the loop. We are also invited to attend inspections. Importantly they conduct regular inspections. They are very professional, but personable also. I love this team.

Adele, Donna and the team have managed my rental property for 3 years. I’ve had perfect tenants, great support and overall a seamless experience with One Agency.

We have had our property managed by Adele and her team at One Agency Coastwide for 15 years and have always been impressed by the meticulous detail and excellent communication in our interactions. Always providing extensive knowledge of their clientelle and the local area, One Agency Coastwide are a dedicated team that offer a high standard of professional service that is exceptional. This is why we have trusted Adele and her team for so long and will continue to do so in the forseeable future.

Over several years, both my father and myself have consistently experienced excellent service from the team at 'George Brand - Terrigal’, with respect to the leasing and ongoing management of our investment properties on the Central Coast. We couldn't be happier with the genuine care and attention to detail, provided by Jess Tamblyn (Senior Property Manager) and Gabriella Brierley (Leasing consultant). They are very professional, friendly, reliable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Their communication is excellent, and they always go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly ! Jess and Gabriella have a proactive approach, which makes the entire process stress-free, and gives us complete confidence in knowing that everything is being handled properly. In a busy (sometimes chaotic) and ever-changing world, it is refreshing to find a team so dedicated, approachable, and committed to providing such a high level of service ! My father and I truly appreciate all their hard work, and would highly recommend Jess, Gabriella and the team at 'George Brand - Terrigal’ to anyone looking for outstanding property management on the Central Coast.
