Our Property manager Kandace is awesome. Recently we had tenants request to move out of our place well ahead of the lease agreement. They where struggling with keeping up with the rent due to individual circumstances, somewhat out of their control and with the assistance of Kandace, they where able to pay their rent and we where able to assist them out and obtain new tenants very quickly. The process which could of been an absolute headache was very smooth, because of the way she managed the situation. Correspondence was quick and concise, she went over and above expectations contacting me on her days off to ensure we felt supported and got the result we where looking for, which we did.
