Chathurika is amazingly capable.
I have purchased a new build situation. Chathurika has been all over every aspect including challenges due to land titles causing delay and timing bank loan applications/contract extensions to suit the circumstances. Chathurika has managed all aspects with professionalism and communicated effectively throughout the process. Her experienced approach mitigated every aspect of the process.
