Amanda Kelly has a good insight of the market , gave useful inputs on the furnitures and white goods, and is very professional to deal with. She did a great job in vetting the rental applications - that I really appreciate. Her rental numbers were spot on, I was bit pessimistic about an unfurnished 1 bed apartment delivering value, but everything was smooth and the apartment was leased within couple of weeks.
