Agencies in Treeby, WA, 6164

The whole process went very smooth, the property was listed during Christmas holidays however the agents were so supportive. The property had 2 home open and a private viewing and was leased straight away.

LJ Hooker made the renting experience a whole lot easier, with excellent communication and lots of useful information. Would definitely recommend to friends.

LJ Hooker have looked after our property for several years. Krystyl has been our property manager for the past 3-4 years. She has been excellent, responsive, professional and friendly. Nothing is to difficult for her. Krystyl knows the local market and provides insightful and timely advice. She keeps us regularly informed. Krystyl looks after our property and our tenants. I could not recommend her and LJ Hooker highly enough.

Communication throughout the process was seamless. The team is knowledgeable about the market and demonstrated professionalism.

It's reassuring to know my property is being managed by such a reliable and professional team. They're always responsive, handle everything efficiently, and consistently provide excellent service. They give me complete confidence that my property is in good hands. Highly recommended.

Understanding of the local property market, pricing, and legal requirements.

James was great to work with, really covered all areas of the process and provided a clear explanation, not only was he really friendly he was also very professional and knowledgeable, thank you James for making this experience easy and enjoyable :)

Thanks to Tia and the Vivid team for arranging a re-ferbishment of unit 39 15 Glendower Way, Spearwood. The property was probably built in the late 60's and would be looking tired. I Do appreciate Your effort and passion You have for Your profession. Thank You. Selby Adams.

Helped me with the after process of the application approval. In constant communication to get things sorted.

Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!

Lisa is amazing! She worked around our schedule and made sure we could be in our home when we needed it.

We are so lucky to have such a great property manager in Lisa Myles. Polite, courteous, helpful and respectful. 10/10 from us.

I cannot recommend Courtney Clarkson highly enough. After my property was broken into and suffered damage, she stepped in immediately to handle the crisis. She guided me through the complex insurance claim process, coordinated emergency repairs, and dealt with all the tedious paperwork with professionalism and empathy. Highly recommend her services to any landlord!

I must commend your team members Sujaya Kalwani and Courtney Clarkson. I have dealt with them and they are wonderful. Hats off to Courtney especially, I have dealt with her over phone and emails regularly, always very cordial and understanding.

The team at LJ Hooker helped us so much when we first moved from NSW over to WA, we had so much information given to us from the team, we were put at ease straight away after trying with at least 7 other real estate agencies, and practically being told at almost every place we went "the market is tough, good luck if you get a home in 4 weeks". Within 48 hours of speaking and seeing 2 open homes, we were approved. Sharon has been an absolute delight to have as our property manager. She was always so helpful with any questions or concerns we had, and would make sure that things were promptly dealt with. She is a wonderful asset to the company. We will miss her and the team, and hope our paths cross again in the future.
