As an absent landlord, I relied on Lucy Collis to organise a tenant for my property. She was very personable and responsive. I trusted her to select a conscientious tenant with a good profile. She acted promptly, I was very pleased with the result. I feel that I can reach out to her at any time if I have a query. I recommend her services highly, as an employee of Raine and Horne Real Estate.

Lucy has shown her strength in understanding the local market and so far been able to provide fantastic direction with our property. Would recommend Lucy for all new owners in the area.

Happy with Raine and Horne

Alison Parker was professional and friendly as well as being excellent in all her communication. In an industry where those qualities are no longer assumed, it was a happy, pleasent and stress-free experience.

Agent Alison has been super professional with managing our regional property - very happy with KSR service. Thank you!

Perri and Teena were excellent to work with. They quickly found a great tenant for my property and kept me updated throughout the process. Professional, reliable, and efficient. I highly recommend both of them to anyone looking for a property manager/rental agent in the area.
