She planned and organised a great marketing campaign to promote our property to the tenants, conducted multiple open houses, screened potential tenants to find a good tenant for us (out of multiple applications). Once again our Agent was tasked with leasing the our house after recent vacate. Professional, punctual and delivered what they promised. Shout out to Nowelle and Sharn who ensured our best interest whilst also being thorough and fair. During previous lease period, we received constant updates and were capable of building strong relationship with both the tenants and us as landlord.
