Agencies in Ultimo, NSW, 2007

I needed to trade before the close of the SMSF residential deadline and went to Charles and laid out my requirement, honestly and as clearly as I could. He instantly activated one of his agents to take on my project and within days they had presented me with an opportunity that served one of their existing client needs, met mine and offered us both a solution we were looking for. It still needed a lot of juggling and negotiation but it felt focused, organised and honest and we went were able get it all done within 48 hours. It was quite head-spinning but the vendor was heading off on holidays, we had a deadline to meet and they probably had other sales to organise. I couldn't have been happier with how it shook out, but also how available they were when i needed them, how clearly I could speak with them and how honest I felt the whole process was handled. My years of knowing Charles had shown me one side of him, which I respected but probably felt as if I would always prefer to be the seller with Charles, but this showed me that he and his team were there for me as the buyer too. I am very very grateful to Charles and his team for facilitating this purchase for us.

We decided to go with Ray White Touma Taylor Darlinghurst after testing out several agents in the area. We were impressed with their excellent communication, speed of response, solutions provided to regular issues with rental properties and good knowledge of the area. Recommended.

The team at Ray White Touma Taylor are fantastic- they stay on top of everything and take the stress out of being a landlord. I've had a few different tenants and they have swiftly replaced them with no vacancy periods. Very grateful for Ashleigh, Corey and Sam

Melissa at Ray White Drummoyne was approachable, efficient, and professional from the start. After almost 20 years as a landlord, I know how essential good communication and reliability are — and she delivered on every front. Melissa handled trades, managed a quick turnaround, and resolved challenges left by the previous tenant and agent — all within budget, on time, and with clear updates throughout. A new tenant was secured at the very first open home. Highly recommend Melissa for her professionalism, transparency, and results.

The team at Ray white Drummoyne have so far been super helpful and efficient. The welcome bag we received when we picked up the keys was a great touch! So far the best realestate team I have gone through.

Mario has been so helpful in helping us find a tenant during lockdown. He is extremely professional and easy to work with.
