Here’s a tighter version that stays comfortably under 2,000 characters: Writing We have been extremely impressed with Stephanie from Fletchers and the way she has managed our Balwyn property. From the beginning, Stephanie has been an absolute professional. Our property has involved a number of unusual and challenging circumstances, including ongoing building works and issues affecting the leasing and presentation of the apartment. Throughout everything, Stephanie has remained patient, proactive, organised and incredibly helpful. Her communication has been outstanding. She has kept us informed, responded promptly to questions, provided clear feedback after inspections and helped us work through each issue as it has arisen. We have particularly appreciated her practical approach and willingness to look for solutions. Stephanie has also shown a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for us. She has been honest with her advice, realistic about the market and professional in all of her dealings. What has impressed us most is the level of care and personal attention she has given our property. We have never felt like just another landlord or listing. Stephanie is professional, reliable, approachable and genuinely committed to helping her clients. We would have absolutely no hesitation recommending her to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate professional. Thank you, Stephanie, for all of your assistance and hard work. It has been greatly appreciated. I can also make it a little warmer and more enthusiastic so it reads like a strong 5-star Google review.
