Agencies in Victoria

I recently moved in to a unit. From the very first email to inspect property Iorio now everything has been great. I was able to inspect the property, get a prompt response, choose a suitable time to pick up the keys and move in. I was pleasantly surprised with my welcome pack that included some timtams/ coffee/ tea and toilet paper. All of which came in handy on my first day stay. There has been some maintenance issues while I've been here and all have been managed promptly with no delays or hassles. I feel like all my concerns have been managed appropriately. Highly recommend Jay and her team.

Jay has been an outstanding property manager for my investment property in Langwarrin. I live in Sydney, so I rely heavily on having someone I can trust on the ground, and with Jay, I genuinely feel she looks after my property as if it were her own. She is proactive, organised, and consistently one step ahead: from routine management through to more complex matters like insurance claims, planning maintenance, and coordinating repairs. Her communication is clear, timely, and solutions-focused, and she makes the whole process feel straightforward even when it isn’t. What I value most is that Jay aims for the best outcome for the property while also being fair and respectful to the tenants. She doesn’t just “find a tenant”, she finds the right tenant and then manages the relationship thoughtfully. With Jay (and Equity Property management - Victoria ), I feel confident my asset is protected, which is exactly what you want for a long-term investment.

Our East Melbourne investment property was managed by Caine Real Estate for many years. We enjoyed the personalised service. It is now part of Ray White. We switched from RW to Equity Property Management as the RW property managers changed too frequently (and getting younger each time). We now have an agent whom we can contact directly, who knows the property, its owner and tenants well. This makes communication so easy between all parties. We highly recommend Equity Property Management, if you are after personalised service and efficiency.

We’re brand new to the country, needing a house. Booked an inspection and liked the house. We had some Qs and Peter was completely transparent around the house and some small limitations, guided us on how we’d find the process etc and answered everything. We completed an application that night, and Peter drove it to completion within 24 hours. Great experience. Thanks so much!

Peter made my experience by far the best experience I’ve had dealing with any real estate agent previously. Great communication and smooth process. Definitely recommend to everyone 10/10

We’re really glad we had Peter as our agent. From the start, he made everything feel easy and straightforward. His 21 years of experience really shows — his market knowledge was excellent, and he always gave us clear, honest and transparent advice. His communication was professional, prompt and easy to understand, while still being friendly and approachable. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always quick to get things done and keep us updated. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with Peter, and we really appreciated how smoothly he handled everything. We’d happily deal with him again and would have no hesitation recommending him to friends or family.

Bahire and Ashleigh were professional and knowledgeable and I had full confidence in their ability to find good tenants for my property. They responded promptly to any queries I had, were helpful, great communication and explained clearly my options. I am very happy with how quickly they found a tenant and how streamlined and stress free the process was to me.

Ash is legend, keep us informed at every stage, we achieve the outcome as per our desire. This is for any first time investor, your property manager either make it easy or hard, Ash is one of those whom you can trust without hesitation and make your investment journey smooth and easy. Highly recommend her.

We have recently rented out our home with Stockdale & Leggo and have had a great experience with Bahire. She has taken then stress out managing this ourselves, and has been so helpful along the way. Highly recommend Bahire, and the team.

Mr. Chee is an excellent property agent. He handles everything with care and with good advice. We can leave our property under his care without worries.

CT Realestate has been managing 2 of our properties for over 5 years. Chee has been terrific to deal with. He is a very hands on person and an excellent communicator, he is warm, friendly and hardworking. I would highly recommend CT Realestate to manage your rental property.

I’ve had a great experience working with CT Real Estate as a landlord. They’ve been professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Communication has always been clear and timely, and they’re proactive in handling issues before they become problems. Importantly, they also take excellent care of the tenant, which gives me real confidence that the property is being managed fairly and responsibly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to other landlords.
