Agencies in Sunshine Coast

Victoria has exceeded all expectations during the leasing of my rental property. She negotiated prices for trades to do service works on our behalf to ensure the property was in top condition for handover. She kept a strict timeline with the outgoing tenant to ensure cleaning benchmarks were completed to a high standard and the bond clean was signed off. Her clear and concise comms during the letting period were exactly what we needed to ensure we well informed and the process was as painless as possible. We could not recommendVictoria and the team at AJ Milner Real Estate more highly!

We love working with Bec our property manager she is amazing.
