Agencies in Sunshine Coast

I have now had Smart Rentals Sunshine Coast as the agents from whom I rent my home for about 5 years. Throughout the entire time I only hold them in very high esteem. Their agents are professional, approachable and always interested in achieving a very happy result for landlords and tenants. I am very happy to recommend them to prospective landlords and tenants. Thank you in particular to Michelle on the Sunshine Coast for her responsiveness and kindness.

My experience with Smart Rentals has been nothing short of excellent! They have been very informative, attentive and fabulous to deal with.

Michelle was the only one the cared and did not look at me as just any other person looking for a rental property out of all the real estate’s agents i reached out to , she knew what suited me and knew how to support me to find the right place. she was very supportive and the communication was outstanding. when i told her I was always working and had minimal time to leave work to find places or view , she gave alternative options went out of her way to support me. Michelle deserves a big acknowledgment
