Agencies in Wallan, VIC, 3756

I highly recommend Capital & Co. for property management. I recently used them to lease out my rental property in Donnybrook, VIC, and I am incredibly impressed with their service. At the time of listing, there were over 100 properties for rent but their marketing strategy worked and they help me secure a tenant in very short time.

We recently purchased an investment property in Mickleham through Capital & Co and had a really positive experience. Robyn was fantastic to deal with throughout the purchase. She was very easy to communicate with, always responsive, and kept us updated along the way. You could tell she knew her stuff and genuinely wanted to make the process as smooth as possible. We’ve also rented the property through Capital & Co and are now dealing with Jess as our property manager. Jess has been exceptional so far — very responsive, professional and always quick to help whenever we have a question or need something sorted. It’s been great dealing with both Robyn and Jess, and we’re really happy with the service we’ve received from the team. Would definitely recommend Capital & Co to anyone looking to buy or manage an investment property.

Great experience. She look after all rental process . Communicate and update the journey. It was a hassle free experience.

Buckingham & Company Montmorency has been looking after our property for 2 years and have provided great service and communication. From getting new tenants to attending property maintenance issues, they have provided great communication, updates, quotes and professional services, no issues so far, . highly recommended.

Especially in recent years, pur property manager has shown knowledge, initiative and a great work ethic. Bianca Bowden was an excellent agent for us vut she has moved to another role so time will tell how our property will be managed from now on.

I’ve had a great experience working with this rental agent. They’re organised and personable, always knowing who they’re speaking with and which property it relates to, which makes communication quick and straightforward. Any issues that arise are handled promptly and efficiently, and updates are clearly communicated throughout. I’m very happy with the service and would confidently recommend them to other landlords.
