He brings a diversity of experiences to his role as Head of the Victoria Real Estate Agency’s Property Management department. Experienced, knowledgeable and dependable, Frank’s straight forward approach to business sees him build strong associations with both tenants and landlords. He takes great pride in helping clients find the right home or tenant and enjoys interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds. He is fluent in Italian. In addition to Property Management, Frank will oversee the rental team at Victoria Real Estate Agency.

Mary’s previous customer service experience has geared her up perfectly to continue her career in property management. Her motivation and willingness to learn has helped Mary transition from Receptionist into Assistant Property Manager. Mary will be working along side Rita in managing the portfolio and will be available as a point of contact. In her spare time, Mary enjoys reading and considers herself a foodie.

Emilie has worked in Real Estate since 2007. She has a passion for building relationships with clients and her attention to detail has made her career as a Property Manager both impressive and well respected. An avid renovator and landlord herself, Emilie is extensively knowledgeable, and she brings with her a wealth of experience to Vic REA. When not excelling in all things Real Estate, Emilie enjoys travelling, gardening and socialising with her husband and friends.

Teaghan has always been in a customer service role and discovered her passion for Real Estate in 2017. She started as Receptionist and has worked her way into a Property Manager. Teaghan' s confident and bubbly personality allows her to communicate well with landlords and tenants alike. With sound knowledge of the Property Management industry and the upcoming changes to the Residential Tenancies Act, Teaghan will effectively and efficiently manage your investment property.

Intuitive by nature, Adele understands her client’s needs and is driven and committed to achieve outstanding results. Her high level communication skills guarantee that all parties are well informed throughout the leasing process and her insightful advice assists landlords with important decision making. Adele’s friendly and positive nature coupled with 4 years industry experience and 10 years of running her own business she is sure to stand out as a true professional in today’s evolving market.
