Vishal and Krupa has been fabulous for the last 1 year , since they are managing my property at Hoppers crossing. Always ready to help in critical situations . Both go above and beyond their duty when it comes to manage your property. They are not our property managers , THEY ARE FAMILY. Love you guys.

Great experience renting my property through OKAS Property Group. The team was professional, responsive, and handled everything smoothly from listing to securing a tenant. Communication was clear throughout the process, making it very easy and stress-free. Highly recommend their service.

Had a great experience working with them. Communication was always clear and prompt, and they were very helpful throughout the process of finding a tenant. Everything was handled professionally and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate their support and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property management

We worked with Erin Birkett from Premier Property Agents to rent out our house. Erin was prompt, decisive and was on the money with the pricing. The whole process was hassle-free and she is always a call away.

Erin has impressed me with her professionalism, competence and resilience. Not only her positive attitude, the generosity of time and understanding over the process of renting out the property was extraordinary! She didn't push us to lower the rent, but gave an evidence-based range and patiently arranged inspections until new renters were confirmed.

They have great team working together .
