Stacey was wonderful and helpful at the inspection and Kylie went out of her way to keep us up to date with our application. Great team.

A pleasure to deal with, nothing was ever too much. Fantastic communication, no surprises, up to date with all information, knew the market and very realistic with advice and expectations. Feel confident they will ensure my property is cared for and the tenant is looked after. Unlike other agencies it is reassuring to know the relationship will continue and I won't be passed on to someone else. Thank you!

Kylie has been very helpful and informative from the start. She secured a tenant for our property within a week of us signing up with Blackshaw Weston as managing agent. She is on the ball and her communication with us is clear and timely.

We are incredibly lucky to have had Casey recommended to us, our friends had been impressed and I have to say Casey certainly stands out. Casey is hardworking and in a very short time frame helped us obtain our property. We had been looking for sometime and a property came on the market when we were away on holiday and were unable to view. Casey not only represented us and walked through the property, she sent detailed images and offered her opinion, so we could make an informed decsion. She helped us with quotes for rectifying issues and kept in constant communication throughout the purchase process. We are now renting the property out & again the communication has been brilliant, an excellent conduit between tenants and ourselves. We look forward to working with Casey for many years.

When renting through another agency, our landlord was looking to sell and we met Sally. When she learned we had been trying to move without any luck, she was empathetic and together with Casey quickly helped us lease exactly the type of house we wanted, despite how difficult our requirements were. Our new lease was managed by Casey, by far the best property manager that we’ve had and sets the standard others should aspire to. If every property manager was more like her, renters and landlords would both be much happier! Casey took the stress out of renting by being understanding, flexible and approachable. She proactively resolved issues before they became problems, sometimes before we noticed them, such as arranging repairs to the shower grouting to avoid costly repairs later. When she couldn’t immediately resolve something, Casey was always easy to reach, kept us informed and worked swiftly. When the air conditioning failed just before summer and repairs were delayed outside her control, she clearly explained the situation, gave us a timeline, helped us understand the landlord’s perspective, and went above and beyond by bringing us a portable air conditioner the very next day to use until the system was replaced a week later. If unexpected issues occurred, Casey was flexible and supportive. When a close relative passed away, we asked last minute to reschedule an inspection. Casey was immediately accommodating and showed genuine kindness and compassion. When our lease was coming to an end because the owners were moving in, before we even asked, she found us a perfect alternative rental that checked all the boxes, while also addressing issues we’d experienced in our previous rentals from earlier conversations. She had the lease completed in under half a week, with most of that time due to my delays responding. Throughout our lease, I’ve told family, friends and colleagues about how incredible she has been and have nothing but the highest praise for Casey!

I had an excellent experience working with my rental agent (Casey) and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and reliable property professional. From our first interaction, their communication was outstanding. They were responsive, approachable, and kept me informed throughout every stage of the rental process. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and clearly, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Their knowledge of the local rental market was impressive. They provided accurate advice, explained market conditions clearly, and helped me understand my options so I could make informed decisions with confidence. Their expertise was evident in every conversation. I was also particularly impressed by their negotiation skills. They worked diligently to achieve a fair outcome while maintaining a professional and respectful approach with all parties involved. Their ability to navigate discussions effectively gave me confidence that my interests were being well represented. Most importantly, their professionalism never wavered. They were organised, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and genuinely committed to delivering a high standard of service. Their dedication and positive attitude made what can often be a challenging process feel straightforward and well managed. Overall, the quality of service exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to work with them again and would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, communicative, and highly professional rental agent.
