Ian McNamee & Partners have managed my property for over twenty five years plus and I'm very happy with the way my rental property has been administered.

As per usual MARQ Property communicates effectively, keeping you in the loop through the process. Great friendly service and always a great result !

I cannot recommend the Property Management team at HIVE Property highly enough. Having dealt with a number of property managers over the years, the experience with HIVE has been exceptional and genuinely stands apart. From the very beginning, the team has been incredibly professional, proactive, responsive and thorough. Their communication is outstanding, nothing is ever too much trouble, and I have complete confidence knowing that my property is being managed with the same level of care and attention as if it were their own. What I appreciate most is that they are always one step ahead. They keep me informed, deal with matters promptly and professionally, and make owning an investment property feel completely stress-free. The level of service and attention to detail they provide is something I simply haven't experienced with other property management agencies. I have been so impressed with HIVE that I have now asked them to manage all of my investment properties moving forward. For me, there is no greater recommendation than entrusting them with my entire portfolio. An absolutely outstanding team and without question the best property managers I have ever used. If you are a landlord looking for a team you can genuinely trust to look after your investment, I would highly recommend HIVE Property.

She was incredibly responsive and made the entire process easy to understand, especially as it was my first time going through it. Kelly explained everything clearly, kept me informed, and handled the marketing beautifully (the photos and listing looked fantastic!) She was also friendly and approachable throughout. I’d highly recommend her.

I engaged Varun and Chayyan from VC property to list my property and they were very efficient with the whole process from listing to getting the tenants in the property. During the tenancy as well, they handled issues well. I will be engaging to manage my properties in future. I would highly recommend VC property for property management.
