Highly recommended this real estate Extremely helpful , smooth transition into my rental property

Emma was very engaging and exceed our expectations helping us renting out our home very quickly and the right value. Very satisfied with the level of support received throughout the process and ongoing!

From the very first meeting, Emma made a wonderful impression. She was warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. What stood out to me most was how quickly she understood both my property and the type of tenant I was looking for. I hardly needed to explain anything—Emma immediately knew how to position the property and who it would appeal to. The entire process was straightforward, stress-free, and incredibly efficient. Within a very short time, she found the right tenant for my apartment, giving me complete peace of mind throughout the process. If I had to describe Emma in a few words, I would say she is professional, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. She combines expertise with a personal touch that makes you feel confident your property is in good hands. I am very glad I chose Emma as the property manager for my apartment and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and capable property manager.

We have been using Murray Property for over 10 years now. We have always found Michael and his team, to be professional, excellent communicators and extremely knowledgeable about the market, consequently, you can ask them anything and they will consistently provide great advice. Unlike agents I have used in the past, who ignored emails or text messages, if I send Michael Murray a message, he will "always" reply to me, if not immediately, later the same day. I know that my property is in good hands with Murray Property.

Michael Murray of Murray Property is a friendly, professional and knowledgeable agent who can handle your property as an owner in short, medium or long term rentals. He responds swiftly, walks you through the process, gives advice and listens too, which is a rare skill in the industry! His kind and friendly nature is part of his agency's charm and a visit to his office in Darlinghurst proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that he loves finding homes for people to live in! I recommend Michael Murray and rate his agency highly. A five star rating in all areas...communication...care factor and industry expertise.

I’ve been with the Murray Agency from the very beginning and have watched them grow without ever compromising their exceptional service. They are attentive, professional and genuinely caring, giving every client the same personal attention and commitment. They were, they are, and they remain second to none.

Efficient, responsive and reasonable. Also very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We were looking for a property manager for our aging father's property. Craig has been honest, realistic and quick to respond to any queries. He has been efficient in helping us get the property rented out. I've been particularly impressed with his ability to deal fairly and calmly with a difficult tenant. I am confident he is protecting our interests and that our property is in good hands as well as being fair to tenants needs and queries.

Shelley is amazing, we were for the first time leasing our place - new to the game, we didn’t know much. Shelley came to the rescue and ensured all our questions were answered, and supported us through the transition of moving out to finding the perfect tenant. Every step of the way, was so easy. We love Shelley and are so happy with the process to date!
