Aimee was friendly, helpful and very experienced in the leasing market. She managed the entire leasing process very well. We are very happy with her service and highly recommended for those who are looking for a good leasing agent.

This is our first time to hire a property agent to help us manage. After several calls with different agents, Kristian very fast to approach me. Instead of just answering questions I ask, he also actively sent out all information required about rental properties without any lengthing call or meet up. This way I have better understanding and be able to compare between each agents. Kristian and Aimee are excellent in communicating and make the whole process seamlessly. They also give earnest opinion about market without inflate it so that my expectation stays in reasonable range. Definitely entrust my future investment with them again.

Fletchers did an awesome job as usual. It only took a few days from the time that the property was advertised to have a tenant signed up. Special callout to Justine, Sandi and Peita for excellent service.
