Agencies in Waverley, NSW, 2024

Responsive to changing market conditions, difficulties with the condition the flat was left in and organising repairs and replacement.

As a tenant moving can be stressful and dealing with Mendel at CF made life easy. I would not hesitate to recommend him in the future.

Jessica was quick to point out all the benefits of the property (of which there were many). I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way to make a quick decision. I didn't hesitate to request an application. The back-office support to process my application was first rate - and I am happy to say that I am now comfortly ensconced in my new home. Thank you Jessica and thank you C&F - Very professional people.

We have been using Murray Property for over 10 years now. We have always found Michael and his team, to be professional, excellent communicators and extremely knowledgeable about the market, consequently, you can ask them anything and they will consistently provide great advice. Unlike agents I have used in the past, who ignored emails or text messages, if I send Michael Murray a message, he will "always" reply to me, if not immediately, later the same day. I know that my property is in good hands with Murray Property.

Michael Murray of Murray Property is a friendly, professional and knowledgeable agent who can handle your property as an owner in short, medium or long term rentals. He responds swiftly, walks you through the process, gives advice and listens too, which is a rare skill in the industry! His kind and friendly nature is part of his agency's charm and a visit to his office in Darlinghurst proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that he loves finding homes for people to live in! I recommend Michael Murray and rate his agency highly. A five star rating in all areas...communication...care factor and industry expertise.

I’ve been with the Murray Agency from the very beginning and have watched them grow without ever compromising their exceptional service. They are attentive, professional and genuinely caring, giving every client the same personal attention and commitment. They were, they are, and they remain second to none.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with the team at NG Farah throughout the process of securing my new rental property. They have been incredibly friendly, professional and helpful from start to finish, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Hanna and Samantha for their communication, support and assistance along the way. It’s been such a positive experience, and I really appreciate how easy they have made everything. I would highly recommend the team at NG Farah!

We had a great experience with NG Farah. They looked after our home during a recent tenancy and were professional, responsive and reliable throughout. We felt confident knowing our property was in good hands and would happily recommend their services to other landlords.

I had a great experience with the team at NG Farrah when leasing out my unit. They were professional, responsive and kept me up to date at all times. I felt informed and very comfortable having them manage this process for me. I would highly recommend them.

I recently moved house with Bradfield Cleary and I could not speak highly enough of Bayley and lately Helen. Bayley has been extremely proactive throughout the entire process and the entire move from start to finish has been easy with their help. Would recommend this agency for anyone looking

We used BradfieldCleary - Double Bay to lease our property when the prior tenants' lease ended. It was organised by Robyn and James. In short, they exceeded all our expectations. They dealt with our prior tenants in a professional and accommodating manner. They found an excellent-fit new tenant after just one open-house, and managed to lease the property at a higher rate than we had expected. They organised the rental agreement and all associated documentation in a timely and professional manner. Both Robyn and James were: - highly experienced and professional; - highly responsive and accommodating; - wonderful, friendly people. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to lease a property, and would have no hesitation in using them in the future.

Thank you Robyn and James for a fantastic leasing experience. They were quick, efficient, professional and friendly, everything we needed. Would highly recommend!
