Overview of Waverley, NSW, 2024

Thank you to Ottavio who helped with a seamless experience leasing out my studio. Highly efficient, great market knowledge and personable, easy communication. Super quick turnaround from making the listing, to finding a great tenant with a very detailed and comprehensive background check. The admin side of things has also been really straightforward, with all forms easy to complete. Thank you Ottavio and Lana!

Great skills and pragmatic

Excellent local knowledge and well coordinated information sharing.

Professional, efficient, and reliable throughout the entire rental listing process. Communication was always clear and prompt, making everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend.

After a snappy reno to our apartment's bathroom and en-suite we engaged Home to advertise and secure tenants. Nothing was an issue: our agent (Sofi Petkovski) was courteous, available, always on time, and ever reliable.
