Easy going, very knowledgeable and very friendly
As an inexperienced and sceptic Travis and the Team working him, and us, have been come across as honest and sincere in their communication. They identified milestones for us at the very start and met their end of those arrangements extremely quickly. It has been a whirlwind of information from the start but Travis has been available to clarify and confirm and this has made starting the journey less stressful and given us the confidence and drive to keep going.
