Very thorough property manager

Nirali at 361 Degrees did a great job as our property manager. She planned and organised a great marketing campaign to promote our property to the tenants, conducted multiple open houses, screened potential tenants to find a good tenant for us (out of multiple applications). She did a through job in the process and gained our confidence. I will highly recommend Nirali from 361 Degrees to act as a property manager to take care of your investment property.

Staff are very good. Best ro just contact receptionist for getting an instant response and outcome. The receptionist is excellent. If I call a specific agent, .they may or may not be in the office and this creates a delay and then things could be overlooked, so I prefer to deal with the reliable receptionist. Very happy
