Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.

Given JM and sons are in Kalgoorlie and we live in Victoria they make it feel like we are much closer. Recently they coordinated the painting and new flooring for one of our rentals that we have had with them for 20 years. the outcome was great and they organised the trades to do it quickly. It has resulted in a $200 per week rent increase.
