We are just happy and lucky to be dealing with Bella Spyke from Xceed since 2024, she is such a warm helpful and efficient agent. And when the property is ready for lease in July 2026, she is just so quick in getting everything done from signing of the agreement, going live & to getting a tenant within just 3 weeks. If at all there's a delay it was on our part. In fact she goes all the way to help us beyond the scope of her work. We have worked with Xceed since 2015/2016 on our 1st property and this would be our second with them. We highly recommend Bella & Xceed - they are a team of wonderful, efficient and professional people (be it those we have met and those we have never met). Only Xceed for us !!

From viewing to key handover, the process was very smooth. Communication was prompt and everything was explained clearly - no guesswork! The service displayed by Rob & The Professionals team has been a welcome change after months of applying for rentals in such a competitive market. Other agents presented quite dismissive, were often non communicative, no pride taken in presenting a rental, and provided little to no feedback on request - and why would they when they know the property is going to be tenanted regardless, right? Well, this has not been my experience with the team at The Professionals.
