I believe they should visit property before giving the keys so that they can make sure everything is clean and allow enough days to get it cleaned and then do the condition report. Also will be great if they try to resolve the maintenance issues much quicker with the landlord.

Tracy and the Property Management team at Remax Extreme are extremely switched on and knowledgeable. We're from interstate and that didn't really matter as Tracy ensured we had the best customer experience from the start. Tracy provided excellent advice and capitalised on their network of service providers to complete the necessary works very quickly and get the property ready for tenancy.
