We had a good experience working with Chloe to lease our property. She was very knowledgeable throughout the process and took the time to walk us through each step, offering helpful advice and guidance when assessing potential tenants. The process took a little longer than we initially expected, likely due to a combination of market conditions and finding the right tenant. Chloe guided us through the process and kept things moving along. There were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, but everything worked out in the end, and we're happy to have secured a quality tenant for our property. We appreciate Chloe's guidance and support throughout the process and look forward to continuing to work with her and the team as they manage our property moving forward.

We couldn’t recommend Chloe highly enough! From the very beginning of the process of leasing out our property, she has been absolutely amazing. Her communication is always prompt, she is incredibly thorough and organised and nothing is ever too much trouble. Chloe made what could have been a stressful process feel so easy and seamless. She is genuinely friendly, kind, trustworthy and always one step ahead. We feel completely confident knowing our property is in such good hands and that she genuinely cares about helping us through every step. We are so grateful for all of Chloe’s help and support and would recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager who truly goes above and beyond!

I appreciate Woetso’s commitment to making things right, even when situations get a bit rocky due to issues with the builder. The property was leased almost immediately, and the entry report was incredibly thorough — something I truly value. I also appreciate being notified straight away about any defects that need urgent attention. Their consistent communication means a lot, and I look forward to continuing to work with them on the management of our property.
